Scripting is available with selected monthly subscriptions. The goal is to make your content more intentional while keeping production simpler and easier to manage.
02Do you offer monthly packages?
Yes. We offer creator packages for consistent publishing, along with custom plans when your workflow needs something different. We shape the package around your content style, upload frequency, required services, and monthly volume. Scripting and other extended creative support can be included in selected subscriptions.
03Can I order one video or request a sample?
Yes. We take on individual video projects, and we can discuss a sample edit based on your brief, references, and what you want to evaluate. Before starting, we agree on the sample's scope and terms so expectations are clear.
04How quickly will I receive my video?
Short-form videos typically take 24–48 hours, while long-form videos typically take 48–96 hours. Timing begins once we've received the required footage and brief. Runtime, animation, project complexity, and revision needs can affect delivery, so we'll confirm the timeline before work begins.
05How do we get started and handle payment?
Email us with your content style, platform or niche, expected upload frequency, the type of videos you need, and any reference links. We'll discuss the scope, recommend a package or custom plan, and confirm the timeline. Payments are handled by card through our payment process, designed to support clients internationally; payment details are agreed before work begins.
